As a small business, trying to do the right thing by trying to bring high quality, fairly traded products to the market, at a reasonable price, we need as much help as we can get.
Here are a few ways you can help.
First, tell a friend/relation/work colleague.
Secondly, support the retailers who gone out on a limb and stocked our products. These people believe in what we are doing and are genuine about wanting to make a difference.
Thirdly, encourage other retailers to stock products from the Etiko range. Most retailers haven’t heard of Fairtrade …why not tell them about it! Retailers need to know that there are conscious consumers like yourself out there who are sick of only being able to buy products made in sweatshops and possibly child labour.
Fourthly, ask any school, sports club that you might have any association with why they are not using Fairtrade products? What’s the point of schools teaching about sustainability/social justice if they don’t practice it themselves? (by the way they can’t use the cost excuse because there isn’t much difference …unless they are buying PVC made product).
